Southwest Warehouse Solutions, a warehouse engineering, installation, and optimization company, needed a website that incorporated industry-specific key search terms with audience-friendly, digestible product descriptions. I wrote every page of their website, from “Why Us?” to in-depth breakdowns of every single type of warehouse racking solution known to humankind. I’ve always loved taking complex, hyper-specific industry jargon and transforming it into something any audience can understand, and this project required a ton of “dumbing down” so that even silly writers like me could understand the value add of a pallet rack.
